Clean room with a cozy bed and well-maintained bathroom.

Original hotel, the stay was good, magnificent location on the carpets is sand. Very friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff; easy check in. Good little, brand-new rooms with an electronic key card, a work desk and multi-channel television.

The quality of the breakfast did not reflect the price paid

The room was clean and modern, and even though it was small, it provided all the essentials I needed for a comfortable night. Being just a few minutes' walk from the train station was a major plus for my travels. The hot water issue caused quite a hassle , disappointing.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with adequate shower facilities and strong water pressure. The layout felt cramped, and I experienced issues with inconsistent hot water . Ideal for a short visit, it's convenient for exploring nearby dining options.

Staff was rude. Rooms were small and no chairs. Internet was spotty. Would not go back.

The location to hamburg central station

The hotel mamagement is too poor. The internet connection was not working for about 2days I stayed in the hotel, The heating system was notting to write home about. The fact is that even when you complian they simply tell you thats what we have. It is not a hotel at all is just an old junk.

Very clean rooms with powerful shower facilities.

I faced confusion due to the remote check-in location which was separate from the hotel. The room felt cramped, especially with luggage, and the noise from the street was very disruptive. I was disappointed by the lack of air conditioning during a hot spell.

We enjoyed our stay with the family dog at this cozy spot right by the main train station. It was convenient to explore local eateries and attractions. The helpful staff made things smoother for us when we navigated the area, especially with the kids.

In my wife's opinion, the rooms could use more space for families with children.

The hotel is very well located, just across the street from the Hauptbahnhof. The cheap price was also good considering that included breakfast, but I noticed the price increased the next day after I booked.

The walls are extremely paper thin and you can hear conversations in the next room quite loudly. The entrance doors to the individual guest rooms are grouped together behind another door (only centimeters of space between) which also slams loudly. When other guests try and enter their room, they are basically right on top of your own door as well.

All the staff was amicable and we had an easy check in.

The bedding and rooms were very clean . Having a restaurant just off the hallway was a bonus, with good food served by pleasant staff. We found exploring nearby dining options enjoyable as they offered reasonable prices and delicious meals.

This hotel is very close to the Hauptbahnhof (Central Railway station). Our room was clean but not that spacious. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was modest but served its purpose. Hotels proximity to the city centre makes it ideal for a city break in Hamburg.

Room wasn’t that spacious and the hotel didn’t offer a 24-hrs reception service. Room was also quite noisy (was close to the street). All in all, a nice alternative in the heart of Hamburg.
